TD designs, builds, and delivers digital products, including but not limited to websites and landing pages, web applications, mobile applications (iOS and Android), Telegram bots and automation, corporate CRM/ERP systems, scalable SaaS platforms, APIs and integrations, internal dashboards and back-office tools, and custom software solutions. Information about our services presented on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not itself constitute a binding offer.

3. Project Engagements

Any actual development work, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and scope for a specific project are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement (e.g. a proposal, contract, or statement of work) signed between TD and the client. These Terms apply only to your use of the public Site and do not modify or override any such separate agreement.
